Registration and costs

Register your delegation (school, club, or individual) below.

Registration closed on March 14, 2026.

The fee is $25 per delegate and $10 per student advisor. Late registration will be accepted only if space permits and will not get priority for country and committee assignments. We highly encourage you to register as early as possible to secure spots for your delegates.

If you are interested in registering for a Middle School Tour, reference the “Prospective student tours” section above. Please contact our Secretariat with any questions.

Preparation and research

Position papers are due April 19, 2026 by 11:59 pm to each committee's respective email in PDF Format. Research is an incredibly important aspect of Model United Nations and it's a facet we are proud to promote at Novice 48. Every committee includes an extensive Topic Synopsis that provides an overview of the topic and a case study, along with questions and sources to help spark your own research. Additionally, Novice 48 strongly encourages delegates to submit a position paper. Please reference our position paper format below. Note that delegates are still eligible for committee awards without submission of a position paper; however, they will not be considered for a research award.

Food service

We will provide TK burger for lunch.

Committee locations

Committees will be held on the second floor of the A and B buildings. A map will be located here at a later date.
