HBNovice 48 is open to all beginner level delegates. This conference provides an excellent educational experience with robust competition at the novice level.
Registration and costs
Registration is due by March 17, 2026. Register your delegation (school, club, or individual) below.
The fee is $25 per delegate and $10 per student advisor. Late registration will be accepted only if space permits. We highly encourage you to register as early as possible to secure spots for your delegates.

Preparation and research
Position papers are due April 19, 2026 by 11:59 pm to each committee's respective email in PDF Format. Research is an incredibly important aspect of Model United Nations and it's a facet we are proud to promote at Novice 48. Every committee includes an extensive Topic Synopsis that provides an overview of the topic and a case study, along with questions and sources to help spark your own research. Additionally, Novice 48 strongly encourages delegates to submit a position paper. Please reference our position paper format (click here). Note that delegates are still eligible for committee awards without submission of a position paper; however, they will not be considered for a research award.
Food service
The specific food service that will be provided for Novice 48 is to be determined.

Committees will be held on the second floor of the A and B buildings. A map will be located here at a later date.
